Vilhelm Skoglund is CEO of a Family Office and is the President of the Astralis Foundation, working on projects aimed at promoting the secure and beneficial development of artificial intelligence. He also is also chair of the board of FROS Foundation, where he oversees impact strategy for global health, secure and beneficial AI, enabling global talent and investing the endowment. Overall he believes in a flourishing future for all.
Biography
As an impact advisor, Vilhelm guides individuals committed to impactful giving and investing, and consults with several organizations on their AI safety strategies.
Previously, Vilhelm co-founded and Impact Academy, which equips talented youth with the skills, resources, and network they need to help ensure emerging technology contributes to a flourishing future. Additionally, he was the founding chairman of Ge Effektivt and supported the creation of donation platforms across Nordic countries.
Vilhelm studied law, developmental economics, and sustainability at Uppsala and Cornell Universities.
